Modifiers

Can someone please help me. Pt came in to have warts removed.. CPT® 17110, dx 078.10 location back, then the Dr removed other lesions, CPT® 17000 and 17003 dx 702.0 location arm. Would I use a 25 modifier, a 59 modifier or no modifier?

Use 59 Modifier to the procedure Code 17000.

You don't put a 59 on 17000. You bill 17000 for the first lesion removed on the back and then you bill 17003 for the additional lesions removed from the arm.
