Podiatry visits--is E/M needed

If a patient comes in for a podiatry visit, the podiatrist trims nails and debridement of keratosis is done, does this visit still need an E/M code?

If the visit was only done to trim the nails and debride the keratosis then the E/M is not separately reportable. If the EM was done for a separate reason then you may separately report it.
