Multiple assistants

Is it possible for more than one person to bill as assistant? We have a surgery where one surgeon performed main surgeon duties, another surgeon (same specialty) performed assist duties, and a physician assistant performed additional assistant duties. Is it possible for 2nd MD and PA to both bill for assisting?
