"complete" bilateral extremity run-off angiography

I need help clarifiying what constitutes a "complete" bilateral extremity angiography with run-off? Does the physician merely need to document it as "complete"..? or does the full length of the leg all the way down have to be viewed and findings documented vs only the iliacs described then each additionals 75774 obtained?

I don't understand your question.

75635 Computed tomographic angiography, abdominal aorta and bilateral iliofemoral lower extremity runoff, with contrast material(s), including noncontrast images, if performed, and image postprocessing.

This isn't a complete or limited study.  Is there a different CPT® you are inquiring about?
