Spinal Surgery Coding

My doc does this one surgery and I am new to his coding and am having a very difficult time coding it. Would anyone like to give it a try?
Complete anterior radical discectomy L5-S1
Anterior lumbar spinal decompression, L5-S1, central bilateral recess, bilateral neural foramen including posterior longitudinal ligament takedown
Partial corpectomy, inferior portion, L5 vertebral body
Partial corpectomy, superior portion, S1 vertebral body
Application of interbody fusion devies bilaterally, L5-S1 (Ray Styker cages)
Insertion of Vitoss bone grafting marterial to bilateral cages

This is done in duplicate for L5-S1, then again on L4-L5
What do you think in regards to CPTCodes, each time I attempt it I get different codes please help?!

Without the op-note it would be really hard for someone to give you accurate coding advice on this type of procedure. Is he by chance doing a TranS1 / AxiaLIF?
