CPT® Code 35470

Hi, I have just seen that CPT® code 35470 has been deleted instead use 37228-37235. I' am a lit bit confused on which could should be used in the above mentioned series. And also I need the primary code for add-on-code 75774. I found the primary code as 75756 but not sure. Is this correct? so finally what i need is 1.New code for 35470 and 2.Primary code for add-on-code 75774...

Need actual angioplasty procedure - not old CPT® code.

You should state or describe the actual procedure that is being performed for the angioplasty and someone will most likely be able to help you.

The primary code for 75774 is the code for the catheter placement, aortography or angiography.

75756 is for angiography (mammary) - I'm assuming that you aren't reporting this with the 37228-37235 series, which would be incorrect.
