CPT® 20605
Hi, Is it permissible to code 2 x 20605 when the documentation describes 2 sites aspirated separately on the olecanon bursa w/ fluid from both? This was in ED and I'm coding for fac + MD. I did not find any MUE edits and I haven't had this situation before. Insurance is Medicaid. Thank you for your help,
