coding a procedure

The case scenario reads: laceration of the index finger..sutured. But the doctor writes that the condition is a laceration of the rigth hand and the assessment reads laceration of the index finger If you can offer any direction, It is very appreciated.
And the second problem is that hanad aad finger are not listed under suturing in the CPT®. Im stumped :(

Not sure what your question is. If you are asking how to code a laceration that was repaired by suturing then you need to provide more information. We need to know the length of the repair and the depth of the laceration repair.
