Burn Debridement
HELP!!
Dr noted (on superbill) extensive debridement of full thickness burn on face. Would I use CPT 11041 or 01952 or 16020?
Debridement of burn
I personally don't feel that you should code the procedure from a statement on the superbill. The full procedure should be documented in the patients chart, and the procedure note is what you should code from.
