L2114

I am being told that Medicare will only pay CPT® code L2114 if it is billed with a dx of 823.22. Does anybody have any information to either support or disagree with that information? Thank you for your help

There is a LCD on this code. You didn't state who your Medicare carrier is or what state you are in. You'll have to look up the LCD on Medicare's website.
