Exc of Mass

Trying to decide if this is a 26116 (26113) or a 26160.....doctor is hand surgeon, this is all documentation I have, any suggestions? I feel I need more documentation.

Incision was made on the finger and carried down through the skin. Neurovascular bones identified and mass identified. It was excised in full sparing the A2 pulley. This was passed off as specimen, would irrigated and skin closed with Rapide sutures.
