Coding CPT® 26111

I am trying to charge for CPT® 26115 and CPT® 26111 with modifier 51 and 59 on the CPT® 26111. My claim won't pass the claim edits saying it is not coded correctly. Can someone please shed some light?!

You can't code these two codes together. If you read the CPT® book it will explain how excisions of lesions/tumors are coded.
