This is what the Dr dictated: The posterior iliac crest was identified and the needle was placed above the crest over the cluneal nerve with a 25-gauge 1 1/2” needle with fluoroscopic guidance. The above medication was then injected in bolus. medication was Betamethasone PF 9 mg
Marcaine 0.5% 1.5 cc

Injection was in the muscles. This was done in our ambulatory surgery center.
I need any info on what CPT® code to bill for this. Thanks
