Rotator Cuff Repair

Is there a code for Revision of rotator cuff repair done by Scope? Or should I use the 29827 with a 22?

29827 and the 22 modifier would only be appropriate if the definition of the modifier is met. The fact that it is a revision does not automatically qualify it for a 22 modifier.
