Yes, Medicare is covering some telemedicine healthcare, but there are rules you need to be aware of. I would recommend verifying LCD’s in your Jurisdiction for documentation and compliance requirements.

There were several new codes released in 2019 such as 99446-99452. In addition, Brief communication technology-based service, e.g. virtual check-in (HCPCS code G2012) and Remote evaluation of recorded video and/or images submitted by an established patient (HCPCS code G2010).
