I am in need of the CPT code for MRI guided Laser Amygdalohippocampotomy with Burr holes.

Without more detail on the procedure here are a few codes to consider; 61566 would be used if the physician removes a flap of bone to access the area of the brain, and then removes the amygdaloid and the hippocampus from the cerebral cortex.

Consider 61567 if the physician measured the electrical signals in the cerebral cortex during the procedure, using a device.
