Help please, I bill for a Nephrologist and I am trying to find the capitation CPT code for billing Arkansas Medicaid. Any help/suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Payments which include capitated payments are contractual agreements, You need to get the fee schedule for the State you are reporting to and see what their fees and payable codes are. In addition, if you are setting your fees you should not be setting your fee schedule according to any one particular payer.
