Medicare Part A billing for CPT 27447

claims are being denied for HCPCS code "Hammer and Nail" needs to be added along with CPT 27447Anyone know what this hcpcs code is and where can I find a list for other procedures?

I have not heard of that one. If you are being denied, I would suggest going to your payer policies or contact your provider representative.  For a list of other codes, you can search for Arthroplasty either on an encoder like Find-A-Code or your books. If you are searching on our sister company Findacode.com, lookup and LCD's or applicable commercial payer policies for your procedures.  I hope this helps.
