Is anyone having trouble getting code G0481 paid by Optum of Maryland (Medical Assistance behavioral health.? Our Pain Management doctor has an in-house lab but they are saying the provider type is not eligible to be paid for this code. They are saying they only reimburse labs for this code. Their definition of a lab is a lab that is able to service all consumers not just those associated with a practice.
