ORIF radial head AND neck

Does anyone know if I can code 24665 x2? Patient fractured both the head AND neck.

It depends on the situation. If the procedure was only performed once, and was complicated by the dual fracture modifier 22 would be appropriate. Documentation should show why the procedure was complicated enough to warrant additional payment for the code. When the procedure is only done once it's only appropriate to bill for it once, which is why we have modifier 22. I would suggest contacting the payer to find out about any policies.
