Is there a code to bill for OATs like Oswestry, Roland Morris, Neck Index, Magill etc.?

These tests are done and used for evidence-based decision outcomes, using these as a tool is a part of the medical decision making in the E/M Codes. Therefore, they would be included in the E/M codes.
