Has there been a reimbursement set for the covid 19 testing?

Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) are being instructed to hold claims submitted for these tests using these codes until the first week of April, at which time claims will be released so the adjudication process can continue. However as far as pricing goes, CMS states it is carrier determined, so there is no set fee on the testing using 87635. You may want to contact you contractor or payer for your contractual pricing.
