Reimbursement Question for J2785 - Injection, regadenoson, 0.1 mg

Hello, The provider billed for 4 units. Is reimbursement as simple as 4 x AWP unit price? What is each unit billed equal to? Thank you.

This is a packaged product, therefore there is no additional reimbursement. That being said you still need to report it. You need to look at the NDC # and the packaging - is it packaged as one unit dosing? For one unit, if 0.4 mg was given you would bill J2785 X 4.
