ICD 10 code for displacement of cholecystostomy tube

The patient accidently dislodged his cholecystostomy tube and was tube was no longer within the gallbladder. The tube was removed. Trying to find the diagnosis code for displacement of cholecystostomy tube. I found T85.628, but I am unsure about this code. I need verification. Thanks.

re: ICD 10 code for displacement of cholecystostomy tube

I tend to agree with you on using the following ICD-10-CM

T85.628A Displacement of other specified internal prosthetic devices, implants and grafts,

Remember to use additional codes to identify devices involved and details of circumstances (Y62-Y82) as well as the condition resulting from the complication, and any adverse effect if applicable.

The other option is if you feel it is correct to use T85.520A Displacement of bile duct prosthesis.

Hopefully, someone with more knowledge on this subject will offer some advice as well. Thanks for your patience on this one, I was waiting for additional advice as well.
