27369 subsequent visit.

I need a help. Our Doctor is doing arthrography on first visit and subsequent visit as well. Is it possible that provider can perform arthrography on subsequent or following visit?

For instance:
On DOS 01-02-2019 provider performed arthrography. 27369
On DOS 01-04-2019 provider also performs arthrography. 27369

Is above mentioned billing possible or not?

27369 should not be billed alone, it should be billed with a procedure or exam as this procedure is a packaged service. See the ASC Payment Indicator N-1 Packaged service/item; no separate payment made. (this can be found on Findacode.com on the code information page).

If the procedure was an Arthrocentesis, aspiration and/or injection please refer to CPT codes 20600-20611.
