Emergency department 99282 what is included

What is inclusive to the facility emergency department code 9982? Can lab, diagnostic imaging (like MRI, daily oxygen use , CPAP application, injections, lab draw all be added on as separate charges?Also if oxygen can be charged, what is the code? The bill review I am doing lists  300001?Thanks in advance

Covered services do not include Radiology, Pathology, Anesthesia, drugs, and certain DME. These are billed in addition and require other technical and professional components that will be billed in addition.
The Emergency Room E/M codes describe the Physician's time/effort and the resources used for treatment.  Consider 94625- 94664 for Inhalation treatment.
