It is difficult to say without all the facts. You have US for example thyroid soft tissue head and neck (76536). The diagnosis must justify this test.
And, was this done on the same day as a scheduled ultrasound guided biopsy of the thyroid? (76942), if so you have to know the technique used fine needle (10022) or percutaneous core needle (60100).
As you can see, need more information.
