Cardiac Procedure Coding

I am in need of advice for the coding on this procedure:
1.Selective catheterization and angiogram with runoff of the right common femoral artery
2. Selective catheterization and angiogram of the left subclavian artery
3. EKOS catheter with thrombolysis was placed into the left subclavian artery via the left subclavian stent.

I was thinking: 36246, 36558, 75630, 37212
