Lab billing - medical necessity

My doctor is asking for a list of specific dx's that medicare will pay for labs that there is no LCD for; i.e.,
CBC, Liver Panel, Renal Panel, Lipid Panel, TSH, AIC, PSA, UA.

Any suggestions where I might find this info all in one place?

Look under ncd there is a whole list of lab tests. You can find this information on the Medicare web site.

Thank you. That was very helpful.

But, there were no NCDs for 80053 (CMP) nor 80076 - Liver/Hepatic Function.

Any thoughts?
