CPT®, modifier, and ICD-10-CM Codes

. Two supratentorial burr holes were required for placement of pressure recording device due to increased intracranial pressure (61210). The surgeon also drained a brain abscess by burr hole.
What CPT® code and modifier would be used? Also, the ICD-10- CM code?

61210, Per the CPT® book states burr hole(s), the other code 61150, However,not sure they will allow both codes on claims.. because most payers bundle these together. I would bill 61150 with Mod 22 and send operative report and a statement showing the additional work that was involved.. Unless someone out there has a better idea.
