5010 ICD10 codes

I looked up a dx code in ICD9 and then in ICD10. It's totally different. Will I have to use the ICD10 codes when billing?

No, that is the date the ICD-10 codes go into effect. 5010 is the transaction set for electronic billing.
You must have 5010 in place for billing ICD-10 codes (Oct. 1, 2014, Proposed)
