95180 Rapid Desensitization Procedure

Asking if anyone can clarify that we can bill the serum 95165 with the 95180 as well as the 95117 when performing this rapid desensitization in the office. Instead of the patient coming in twice a week for allergy shots, they do the rapid desensitization in the office over the course of around 8 hours. Is billing all 3 codes in one day allowed, and is 95180 JUST for the "time" or the entire procedure? I can't tell by just reading the CPT® book.
