diabetes

Patient is admitted with hyperglycemia in uncontrolled diabetes. During the hospital stay the patient has several episodes of hypoglycemia. The doctor notes both hypo and hyper glycemia on the discharge summary. My edits tell me the two can't be coded for the same admission. Any ideas?
