Diagnostic catheterization

When I am coding for diagnostic catheterization of a previously stented vessel, I have been using for example 93459 (left heart cath), instead of 93458. The description states 93459 is used in bypass grafts but no language of stented vessels.

There haven't been any issues with denials, however, one of my cardiologists is questioning the use of this code.

Just want to confirm that I am using this code correctly.
