PDx coding

Hi

In the past patient underwent TKA for DJD knee. After few years, patient developed infection in the prosthesis and the prosthesis was removed at that time and patient was sent home with antibiotic cement spacer . Now the infection is completely resolved and patient is admitted for TKA, What will be the PDx for this scenario??
