99385 is a CPT® code for: Initial comprehensive preventive medicine evaluation and management of an individual including an age and gender appropriate history, examination, counseling/anticipatory guidance/risk factor reduction interventions, and the ordering of laboratory/diagnostic procedures, new patient; 18-39 years ( Look at the RVU for 2012 and price accordingly). Example if 2.80 X CF $34.0376 = (Medicare allowance). Your fee is an individual determination.
