Which 7th letter would I use

Patient is sent from hospital to SNF with treatment of infected hand cellulitis, but also has a hip fracture that they did nothing about because of the infection and I&D of hand. We will be sending him to an orthopedist tomorrow. How would I or would I even code the hip fracture since we are not doing anything for it accept sending him to a specialist in the morning.

I am so confused!
