cardiac fluoroscopy

We need help coding a cardiac fluoroscopy. The patient's diagnosis is rheumatic aortic stenosis and the report states:
Procedure: Fluoroscopy
'Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization Summary'-
Fluoroscopy in two views of prosthetic aortic valve demonstrates normal leaflet excursion of single disc of Medtronic-Hall Valve.
