Nurse visit for drawing blood

If a nurse draws a blood for a patient can we bill with 99195 with 99211 code or do we need to code with 36415 without 99211

You should not use therapeutic phlebotomy code ( 99195 ) when the doctor or nurse draws blood during a visit for tests
CPT® Code 36415 ( Collection of venous blood by venipuncture ) is the correct answer to your question .
