anesthesia billing on Ambulatory surgery facility claim type of bill 131

I have an amb surg facility claim with anesthesiologist billing for 273 units for 01480-QK under Rev code 0963. On the same claim is a CRNA billing for 273 units for 01480-QX under Rev code 0964. I have not seen this before. Are both payable or should only the anesthesiologist be paid?
