HCPCS LEVEL II and Modifier

A patient, involved in an auto accident, is transported by ambulance to the hospital with a possible broken leg. what is the correct HCPCS Level II code for the ambulance service and modifier? would I use A0427

You will need to use the ambulance code applicable to the tyoe of unit. Also bill for mileage, supplies and other services as described under the HCPCS II codes for ambulance. Modifiers to be used are for pick up and drop off points as described under this section of the HCPCS II book.
