CPTs 28308 and 28270

I received a denial for procedure codes 28308 and 28270 from Anthem stating that they are not valid for place of service 22. I can't find any documentation stating that these codes are no longer valid for that place of service. Our doctor's have performed these procedures in an out pt hospital setting many times and we have always been paid. Has something changed and I just am missing it?
