Can you bill 67800 and 67801 together for the same eye?

67800 - Excision of chalazion; single
67801 - Excision of chalazion; multiple, same lid
The 2 codes do bundle together if all excisions are done on the same eyelid. A 59 modifier is appropriate if excisions are done on separate eyelids.
