how do i bill for anesthesia when the dr performs a vag. septum excision-I know the time units but need CPT® code-i only use 2 other codes for gyn surgery-is it 01999??

I'm the CRNA that performed the anesthesia and need the code for anesthesia. the dr is a gyn and was done in an office setting and she billed for her surgery
