Exploration of tragus***

Patient was taken to OR for escision of tragal cyst. Once in OR cystic lesion was palpated. An incision was made and carried down through the skin. At this point doctor notices that the palpable cyst was just a very malleable and soft tragal cartilage. He labled this procedure as " exploration of tragus." Is there any procedure code I can possibly bill for this?
