Cannot find code for ishtmectomy

I have been trying to find a CPT® code for "isthmectomy". My physician only removed the thyroid isthmus which had a nodule on it. The only codes I find are those that include the removal of the isthmus along with other major removal of thyroid lobes. Please help. Thank you.
