Recent ARDS icd code please

Can we code recent ARDS? if so, what would be the appropriate one..
And, i am also confused about coding copious secretions and diffuse pulmonary secretions. Other diagnosis is Tachypnea..
Procedure conducted is: Diagnostic bronchoscopy with collection of sputum for cultures (may be 31615 - as Right-angled CPS was placed on the tracheostomy tube)
