I have two Vascular surgeons who performed a fenestrated Endovascular AAA repair, coded as CPT® 0078T. The fee schedule indicator for this code is 0, meaning co-surgeons are not allowed. Since it's Category III code, can each surgeon submit 0078T without any modifiers?
