Pediatric flu vaccination-anybody got anything?

We've given the first dose of the pediatric flu vaccine (90685--3-36 months old, .25ml) but the second dose will not be due until after the child turns 3 years of age. Our billing company wants us to charge the full flu vaccine using code 90658 (.5ml) for the second vaccination although the child will receive the .25ml dose. Is this appropriate?
