Pre-Employment Testing

We are looking for a "pre-employment" test to adminster to our applicants for the job of account rep in a large oncology/hematology practice. It is so much better to actually know some of their skills ahead of time. I know that I saw one somewhere but for the life of me I can't find it.

Can anyone help??
